In MINO progressive type automatic greasing system a pump transfers the grease under pressure to the metering devices via the main line. These metering devices are called "progressive distributors". Progressive distributor operates sequentially and distributes metered quantity of grease in predetermined order.
The grease is then moved under pressure through the secondary lines to the greasing points via high pressure hoses or thick walled plastic and steel tubes. The working of the lubrication cycle is indicated visually or electrically. In case of blockage of greasing point or TM clogging of a supply line, the entire lubrication cycle is interrupted. This way MINO progressive system ensures lubrication in all lube point.
